In the summer of 2025, Chromasound delivered a bespoke audiovisual installation at the recently opened Time Out Market Budapest, located in the historic Corvin Palace. The market brings together Budapest’s finest culinary and cultural offerings under one roof, and Chromasound designed an AV system that perfectly balances functionality, flexibility, and aesthetic sensitivity, meeting the expectations of the international franchise owner while respecting the venue’s historic character.

A central challenge was delivering high-quality sound across multiple zones while maintaining a minimal visual footprint, especially in the monument-protected main hall where traditional speaker installation was not permitted. Chromasound created a flexible, zoned audio environment that adapts seamlessly to restaurants, event spaces, and lounge areas.
The system is divided into 12 independently controlled sound zones, easily managed via an iPad or dedicated wall-mounted touchscreen interfaces. This setup supports live events, background music, and DJ performances, offering maximum versatility.
