Padel+ & BEACH44
In 2025, two landmark sports facilities opened in Luige, just outside Tallinn: Padel+ Eventus, a fully automated next-generation padel centre, and BEACH44, the most modern indoor beach sports arena in the Baltics.
For both venues, Nord Concept was responsible for the design, supply, and installation of fully integrated audiovisual and connectivity systems. The objective was to create seamless, scalable, and future-proof technology environments that enhance both athletic performance and visitor experience while ensuring operational efficiency for venue operators.

Designing for Performance and Atmosphere
Although Padel+ Eventus and BEACH44 serve different sports, both projects required technology that performs reliably under constant use while elevating the atmosphere during competitions and events.
At Padel+ Eventus, the solution was designed around automation and flexibility. The systems operate seamlessly for everyday visitors with minimal staff involvement. At the same time, the venue can quickly transition into competition mode, with large-format displays and LED visuals supporting live broadcasts, match results, sponsor content, and presentations in the lounge area. The result is a space that feels dynamic and professional, yet effortless to manage.
For BEACH44, the technological concept supports a multifunctional environment that blends high-energy sport with relaxation. Nord Concept developed a carefully zoned audio experience that delivers powerful, motivating sound across the beach courts while maintaining a calm and ambient atmosphere in the lounge and sauna areas. This balance enhances both athletic focus and visitor comfort.
Centralised Control and Smart Infrastructure
A defining feature of both projects is the implementation of cloud-managed systems. This allows centralised control of audio and visual content, ensuring consistency across spaces and simplifying management. For operators with multiple locations, such as Padel+, this approach provides significant operational advantages and long-term cost efficiency.
The visual infrastructure across both venues supports clear communication and engaging content delivery, whether displaying competition results, live sports, event information, or promotional material. Combined with reliable connectivity and event-ready solutions, both facilities are equipped to host training sessions, tournaments, corporate gatherings, and social events without technical limitations.
