MiD visits Ecler in Barcelona: two days of training, good conversation and shared learning
On 30 September and 1 October 2026, Ecler welcomed MiD, our official distributor in France and a long-standing partner, and their customers to its headquarters in Barcelona: 40 attendees in total. Over two days, participants attended training on EclerPLEX, Ecler video solutions and the PULSO, AURA and HADA series, toured the factory and saw the systems at work in the showroom.

After the visit, MiD summed it up perfectly for its customers: a company is not only a brand, products or figures, but above all people. We couldn't agree more. MiD and Ecler have worked side by side for many years, and it shows: that trust makes visits like this one relaxed and easy. This time, the best part was introducing our team to MiD's customers, showing them how we work in Barcelona and spending time together, in the training room and around the table.
Day 1: introductions, EclerPLEX and video
The visit began with lunch at Ecler, followed by a round table where each participant and the MiD team introduced themselves and their projects.
The first training session covered EclerPLEX, Ecler's AVC (audio, video and control) platform. Released as version 1.00 in March 2026 and awarded Best of Show in the AV Technology category at ISE 2026, EclerPLEX brings host devices (VIVO-X8, VIVO-X8D8), expansion units (BIO-X8, BIO-X8G) and guest devices such as PULSO panels into one workspace managed from a web browser, with Dante/AES67 networking and EclerCLOUD integration.
The second session focused on the Ecler video range: switchers, matrixes, splitters, video distribution over IP and extenders. The day ended the best possible way: dinner together in Barcelona, with good food and plenty of conversation.
Day 2: control, amplification, factory and showroom
The morning was dedicated to three product families:
PULSO: digital control panels (PULSO-4, PULSO-6, PULSO-10) that work as guest devices in EclerPLEX and give end users a simple interface for zones, sources and volume.
AURA: Ecler's new family of analogue installation amplifiers, launched in September 2026.
HADA: networkable Class D amplifiers with integrated DSP, configured with HADA DSP Manager (10-band parametric EQ, multiband compressor, delay, limiter and a 4x4 mixing matrix).
In the afternoon, participants toured the Ecler factory, where our products are designed and manufactured, and joined a listening session. The visit closed in the Ecler showroom, with the solutions covered during the training working together.
