Introducing MIA-40 and MIA-BR16: Almost Invisible Sound
Ecler introduces MIA SYSTEM, a new sound solution built around the MIA-40 ultra-compact column loudspeaker and the MIA-BR16 bass reinforcement unit. Together, they combine clear speech intelligibility, natural music reproduction and extended low-frequency performance down to 61 Hz, all from a single amplifier channel thanks to its mono design.

MIA-40 is an ultra-compact installation loudspeaker crafted in aluminium, engineered for near-invisible integration into commercial, hospitality, museum and corporate environments. Available in black and white, it delivers wide 166° horizontal coverage and controlled vertical directivity for a spacious, natural listening experience. It must be paired with the MIA-BR16, whose 6" woofer and bass-reflex enclosure provide solid low-frequency reinforcement, compatible with low-impedance systems as well as 70V/100V lines, and capable of driving up to four MIA-40 units.
The system is available in two configurations, MIA-BR16 with 2x MIA-40 or with 4x MIA-40, adapting to different room sizes and acoustic needs. Installation is straightforward: MIA-40 ships with a complete mounting kit (screws, screwdriver, template, 5 m cable, bubble level), while MIA-BR16 offers horizontal, wall or vertical mounting, with an IP44 rating for covered outdoor use.
