Last week, we celebrated the first edition of VIDA WEEK at our headquarters. It was a week dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of well-being and environmental respect.

From Monday, June 10th to Friday, June 14th, Ecler hosted the VIDA WEEK, a week-long event focused on Health and Sustainability for Ecler employees.

Monday kicked off with a talk on Sustainability in its broadest sense, highlighting the 17 Sustainable Development Goals set by the UN General Assembly in 2015 as part of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, a plan of action for people, the planet, and prosperity. From Tuesday to Thursday, we hosted valuable talks that allowed us to reflect on how we can improve ourselves (body and mind) and better understand and support each other. We enjoyed three interesting sessions by a psychologist, a dietitian, and a physiotherapist, providing us with practical tips for immediate use to improve our daily lives. After all, sustainability begins with self-care and harmony.

On Friday, we concluded the week with an open house for family and friends of Ecler, accompanied by food and good music. We also took on a challenge to give a second life to our unused clothing by donating them to charity. We collected an impressive 200 kg of clothes, successfully meeting our challenge.
