Whistleblower regulation

At Ecler, we are committed to integrity, ethics, and transparency in all our operations and activities. We recognize the importance of maintaining a safe and ethical working environment for all our employees, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

In order to promote these values and ensure an effective mechanism for reporting irregularities, we have implemented an Internal Information System that integrates all reporting channels into a single internal information system, thereby ensuring that the receipt and processing of all communications regarding potential violations of our policies and values comply with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 and Law 2/2023, as well as the principles established in our Group's Code of Ethics

General Principles

Any report addressed to the Whistleblowing Channel will be sent to an external mail server and received by the organization at eclerwhistleblower@ecler.com. Likewise, the total confidentiality of the report is guaranteed.

Depending on the content of the report and the measures to be taken, the whistleblower may be asked to provide additional details and to reveal their identity. All whistleblowers are always free not to reveal their identity. In some cases, however, the whistleblower's identity will be a prerequisite for proceeding with the reported case.

Whistleblowers will always be protected if they have reasonable grounds to believe that the information reported was true at the time of the report; however, any abuse of this channel will be prosecuted and may lead to a series of negative consequences, including, in particular, disciplinary action.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, and the Whistleblowing Privacy Notice is provided to inform you of what personal data we collect and how we process it in order to verify the irregularities reported through the Whistleblowing Channel.

Likewise, reporting individuals may use, under the terms provided by applicable regulations, external reporting channels set up by the competent authorities, including the Independent Authority for Whistleblower Protection (A.A.I.) or other competent bodies depending on the nature of the reported facts.
