Product Development Engineer

ENGINEER FOR PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT (ODM) AND QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT

ECLER is a professional audio brand with over 60 years of history. We sell in more than 70 countries and have factories in Barcelona and Foshan (China).

We are looking to hire an Engineer, preferably specialized in Sound and Image or Electronics, for the ODM Product Development and Quality Assurance department.

General Knowledge and Skills:

Proficiency in Office tools.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to manage and organize work effectively.
Minimum English level B2 (written and spoken).

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

Familiarity with major audio brands in the market.
Technical knowledge of analog and digital audio.
Intermediate knowledge of computer networks applied to audio (DANTE).
Knowledge of audio electronics.
Skills in disassembling and assembling electronic devices with some dexterity.
Experience testing audio devices using Audio Precision.

Academic Background:

Degree in Telecommunications, preferably with a specialization in Sound and Image or Electronic Systems.
Motivated and resilient mindset.
Eagerness to learn both new technical knowledge and communication skills (project management, meeting deadlines, etc.).

Internal Training (provided upon joining):

Training on ECLER project management software.
Training on ECLER software (EclerNet Manager, EclerPLEX, ePlayer1, etc.).
Understanding of processes and procedures involving department staff and the rest of the company.
Product catalog training.
