Maya Residences is a mixed-use project with a total construction area of 170,000 square meters that, when completed, will consist of 280 condominium units with 46 different plan layouts in 14 blocks, four deluxe single villas, a commercial building with office and shopping mall floors, an integrated health and fitness club, an indoor swimming pool, a multi-purpose court, and a three-level parking garage with a capacity of 1,328 cars. The project is located on a 37,000 square meter plot on Bebek Hill and most of the units have a full or partial view of the Bosphorus. The aim of the project is to create a high standard of living in Etiler, a prominent developing area in central Istanbul and one of the most valuable and popular areas on the European side of the city.
