In April 2010 opened the rehabilitation of an old building ceramics in Esplugues de Llobregat (Barcelona), ‘La Baronda’.

This area has won the Quatrium Award for the more innovative solution in architecture in terms of functionality of the space, and together with the preservation of the traditional industrial style combined with modern equipment facilities.


Baronda Building allows for the coexistence of economic activities (Tau Icesa Group, architectural firm Alonso & Balaguer and the Danish company Scandinavian Tobacco Group), with civic and cultural activities in the city.

The installation consists of 3 zones:

• Zone 1 – Common areas of the building, music + priority messages, all controlled from reception
• Zone 2 - In ABAA offices (Alonso & Balaguer), independent music from the rest of the building but with paging messages from reception
• Zone 3 - The rest of the building with just paging messages

ECLER loudspeakers installed in all zones: AMBIT103BK surface cabinets (68 pcs) and ECL106 ceiling speakers (54 pcs)

All the control of messages and music was centralized in one ENVIRO system. The amplification was divided between ENVIRO modular amplifiers and conventional ones, DPA600 + DLA600 amplifiers.
